These strainers can be used for a suction of Vertical Pump / Submerged pump, normally Suitable for underground storage tanks.
This strainer protects the pump impeller from accumulated waste in the tank and also filters The liquid to required filtration level. ( 1st stage having cage with perforation and 2nd stage having metallic mesh ). Thus avoiding starvation of the pump and also protecting the Bush bearings / impellers from damage.
Flanged ends to ANSI/DIN/JIS std.
