Quality Control Activities

All the incomming raw material as bar / plates / pipes / flanges are accepted with proper certificates as per in ternational standerds & are available for verfications.

Quality control Equipments used :

• Verniers
• Measuring Instruments
• Cleaner, Dye & Penetrant for welding
• Ultrasonic Testing Facilities (Outside agency)
• Radiography (Outside agency)
• Thickness measurement
• Pressure Gauges
• Hand pump (for hydrotest)

A quality assurance plan is observed which includes Indentification of raw material and the certifications,stage inspection of semifinished product, other inspection requirements (on request).

All filters & strainers are inspected for dimensions & are tested for Hydrostatic (body) to the required standerds,max.test pressure 30.0 kg/cm2.

The record of the outgoing product is maintained with the total details of the product.
